About Coaching
Who is executive coaching for? It is for senior executives, leaders and managers in any type of organisation or business.
Many leaders are having to adjust and develop different ways of working in contexts of increasing complexity and uncertainty. Coaching can help improve your adaptability, self-awareness, confidence and ability to manage change.
Even the best leaders sometimes find it ‘lonely at the top’. Coaching provides a rare learning and development opportunity – a non-judgemental, confidential space to reflect on what’s really important to you, explore possibilities and how to move forward and succeed.
How does it work? Working in partnership with Debbie you will identify goals, examine barriers that might be holding you back, explore options for change and develop a plan of action.
Coaching conversations are collaborative but different to discussions with your friends, colleagues or family. The experience of working with an impartial coach can be very rewarding, bringing rich insights and learning.
How does coaching take place? An initial discussion can answer questions you might have and clarify expectations, including confidentiality. This is also an opportunity to talk about the areas you may want to focus on and check that Debbie is the right coach for you.
Coaching sessions can take place face to face (circumstances allowing), by phone or via a virtual platform.
The location, timing and frequency of conversations are flexible depending on your personal and business needs.
